At Dentasplash, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

To initiate a refund, please contact us at support@dentasplash.com with your order information and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If the product meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Please note that shipping costs for returning the product will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
