Refund policy.

At Dentasplash we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition in which you received it. You must also provide proof of purchase, e.g. B. a receipt or an order confirmation.

To initiate a refund, please contact us at support@dentasplash.com with your order information and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If the product meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that the shipping costs for returning the product are to be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
